Son of Ebenezer and Elizabeth Faulkner, of 6, Golden Square, Hampstead (until after 1921)(1911: 7 Golden Sq & 110 Heath St). Merville was a casualty clearing centre run by the London Regt in 1917. Commemorated on the War Memorial in Church Row.
